When outside space is tight and you don't really NEED the carport - repurpose the space. Prioritising is the key - the dark brick wall and clothes line were holding things back, but once they were fixed, we didn't need to spend big bucks resurfacing the floor as everything else looked so great. And outdoor rugs are great!
